Ana Paula Oliveira was born on the 26th of May 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. The actress is known for Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. She oversees Assassination Witness in addition to being part of the GI-TOC Multilateral Team. Her focus is on the illegal economics, assassinations, and disappearances. Research interests include the effects of organized crime on the law, policies and laws pertaining with human rights. Ana Paula has an LL.M. Cum laude (with honors) in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. The graduate holds an LL.M. degree in Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is an experienced lawyer working at the law firm which specialized in litigating in the public sector for more than four years. The past experience she has had also involved assisting roles at non-governmental organizations that are headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
