She rose quickly through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago and was able to transform various high-profile kitchens located in Los Angeles while working closely with numerous celebrities. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. She was able to secure an outlet within Black Market as well as the partnerships she established.
